Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Monsaic (the “Service”), operated by WayWay Corp, a Delaware corporation (“WayWay,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Monsaic generates AI-assisted equity research reports on demand: you submit a stock ticker and the Service produces a structured research note (a “Monsaic”) using automated web research and large language models. Reports are validated for structure before delivery, but they are machine-generated analysis, not statements of fact.

2. Not investment advice

The Service is for educational and research purposes only. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and no report is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fiduciary, and no adviser-client relationship is created by your use of the Service. Markets are risky; you alone are responsible for your investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed professional before acting on anything you read here.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits, subscriptions, and payment

  • Reports are purchased with credits: one credit unlocks one full Monsaic. Credits are sold individually and in packs, and a monthly subscription grants a credit allowance. Purchased credits do not expire.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices are shown at checkout and may change prospectively at any time.
  • If report generation fails, the credit spent on that run is automatically returned to your balance. If a delivered report contains a confirmed material error, contact us and we will refund the credit.
  • Except as described above or required by law, purchases are final. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your account and keep access through the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • resell, redistribute, or publicly republish reports or systematic extracts of the Service without our written permission;
  • access the Service by automated means (scraping, bulk API abuse) or attempt to circumvent usage limits, pricing, or security controls;
  • abuse promotional, referral, or first-purchase pricing (for example with duplicate accounts);
  • use the Service in violation of applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, prompts, and branding, belongs to WayWay or its licensors. For each report you unlock, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own research and internal purposes. Quoting brief excerpts with attribution to Monsaic is welcome.

7. Disclaimers

Reports are generated by AI systems from public sources that may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and AI output can contain errors despite validation. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Market data shown may be delayed and should not be relied on for trading.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYWAY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse. Sections 2 and 6–11 survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law and contact
